Thomas Andrae has had a varied career, beginning in 2012 when they became the Founder and Managing Partner of Linden Capital GmbH. In 2013, they Co-Founded Cobrainer, a tool to get immediate insights to expertise-related questions. In 2015, they Co-Founded and became Head of Strategy for delphai. In 2017, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors of co-pace GmbH for Continental, and a Member of the Board of Advisors for signals Venture Capital. In 2018, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board for Merantix. In 2020, they became MD Europe & Global Head of Business Development for Recogni. In 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors for Journee and Next Mobility Labs\u00ae - THE COMPANY BUILDER. In 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors for Stellar \ud83d\udef0.

Thomas Andrae attended Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Dipl. Ing. in Technische Informatik.
