Vincent Mayer

Vincent Mayer has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Working Student at Basler AG. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Teaching Assistant at Hamburg University of Technology and a Working Student and Engineering Intern at Bosch Security and Safety Systems. In 2019, they received a DAAD scholarship and worked as an Engineering Intern at Emerson Automation Solutions. In 2020, they were a Research Assistant at Technische Universität München, an Innovation Consultant at Bosch Energy and Building Solutions, and a Software Engineer and Master's Thesis Student at Agile Robots AG. Vincent also co-initiated a non-profit coupon platform to support SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in a team of 15 students. In 2022, they are an AI Software Engineer at Recogni, working on deep learning-based camera perception for automated driving and multi-task CNNs.

Vincent Mayer attended Ratsgymnasium Rotenburg from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained their Abitur. Vincent then attended Hamburg University of Technology from 2014 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. In 2019, they enrolled at Technical University of Munich and was awarded a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in 2021. During their time at Technical University of Munich, they were also awarded a scholarship from Manage and More by UnternehmerTUM in 2020.
