Hardik Parekh

Hardik Parekh is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. As the Founder and CEO of Searce, established in June 2004, Hardik focuses on leveraging technology to drive digital transformation for clients using platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. In addition, Hardik founded HappierWork in April 2015, a SaaS platform aimed at enhancing people operations through analytics and automation. Previously, Hardik served as a Board Member and Chief Mentor at Feecounter, guiding product engineering and team development, and worked as a Management Consultant at Dye Management Group, delivering consultancy services to high-profile clients, including several U.S. state departments. Hardik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Professional Development certification from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University, specializing in Operations Research.
