Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips is a Board Member at Bloomberg LP. He is also the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Recognize, a company that builds technology companies by partnering with talented management teams. With a background in technology and investment, including previous roles as CEO of Infor and President of Oracle Corporation, Phillips is committed to creating the next generation of technology leaders. He also serves on the boards of Paramount+, American Express, and previously the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Phillips has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a Doctor of Law from New York Law School, and an MBA in Finance from Hampton University.
