Mark Polansky

Mark Polansky is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Outcome Solutions LLC since 2023, Mark creates and directs communities for transformative tech leaders, fostering collaboration and networking. As an Operating Advisor at RECOGNIZE and Executive Director of the Talent & Leadership Development Council at Women Leaders In Data & AI, Mark actively engages with Fortune 200 CIOs to promote innovative technology services and leadership development. Mark has over 15 years of advisory experience through positions at HMG Strategy and Korn Ferry, where as CoFounder and Senior Partner, Mark focused on recruiting and developing technology executives. In addition, Mark has served on various advisory boards, including those at Alium and Tricentis, and has contributed to the tech community through writing for CIO Magazine. Mark holds a BS in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Union College and an MS in Computer Science from Pratt Institute.
