Mike Grady

Mike Grady is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations. As a Partner at Recognize since November 2021, Mike has also served on the boards of several companies, including Blue Mantis, Thunder, 2X, Blend360, and AST LLC, since 2024, 2023, and 2022 respectively. Prior board memberships include 3Pillar Global, SBI, Benefit Resource, LLC, and CIP Capital, where Mike was also Managing Director from January 2019 to November 2021. Mike Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
