Daniel Lucas-Hirtz is a seasoned expert in Requirements Engineering and Systems Architecture, currently serving as a Consultant at REcognizing.ch since December 2024. Previously, Daniel held several significant roles at Sonova Group, including Lead Requirements Engineer and Systems Architect, where responsibilities included evolving the solution roadmap and ensuring Medical Regulations compliance for Sennheiser's Conversation Clear product line. Daniel was instrumental in establishing Sonova's first Community of Practice for Requirements Engineers and led a team of over 25 engineers while focusing on empowerment and value creation. Educational contributions include teaching Requirements Engineering at notable institutions in France and serving as a speaker at various academic conferences.
