Michael Parent

Michael Parent is an experienced professional in services enablement and implementation management. Since July 2018, Michael has served as the Director of Services Enablement at Recollective, where responsibilities include designing programs and strategies for post-sales effectiveness. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Implementation Services, leading a team of over 25 professionals and ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery. Earlier roles at Recollective included Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Consultant, focusing on project management and customer training for research projects. Michael's career began at HRSG as a Research Analyst and Content Researcher. Michael holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Carleton University.
