Michal Demko

Michal Demko's most recent work experience is as a Python Developer at Recombee, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Website Content Manager at BHcase s.r.o. from September 2018 to February 2022. In 2019, Michal had an internship at Tatra banka after winning the Hack Kosice 2019 hackathon. During the internship, they worked in Elevator Lab, the bank's research and development department, focusing on improving financial literacy for young clients. This included defining a target group, creating propositions, building a mobile application prototype, and testing it with potential users.

Michal Demko completed their education journey with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Czech Technical University in Prague, from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university, studying from 2019 to 2022. Their educational background began with their completion of the Gymnázim Poštová 9, where they received their Maturita in General Studies, from 2015 to 2019.
