Marlene Bailey

Marlene Bailey (she/her) drives Recompose’s expansion into new markets and establishes the new facilities. Marlene brings a broad experience in the full development cycle, including design and construction coordination, project management, asset management, organizational operations, and she loves communicating the mission with the community.

Prior to joining Recompose, Marlene developed a number of Seattle buildings, including Stone34, 400 Fairview, The Eight, and crafted a Client Customer Care program utilized throughout her previous company Skanska’s European markets.
