Recon was founded in 2018 by Principal Billy Sanchez, leaning on his nearly two decades of construction experience, ranging from tenant improvements, ground up construction and multi-family residential development.

Recon’s services are tailored towards each client and project individually and include real estate & lease support services, preconstruction, construction management and move services. Through the Recon Process, the firm helps clients proactively plan, budget and make creative decisions to ensure company culture and environmental brand standards are translated into a physical space that optimizes human engagement.
