Dan Perez

Dan Perez is the Chief Executive Officer of Reconext. Dan joined Clover Wireless in April 2017 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman and led the successful combination of Clover Wireless and Teleplan to form Reconext.

Dan has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. He co-founded OnCore Manufacturing Services, which under Dan’s leadership grew into an industry leader in both quality and service in the Defense and Aerospace, Medical Device, and Industrial OEM markets. Prior to OnCore, Dan was the EVP of world-wide sales, account management and marketing for Solectron Corporation, one of the world’s leading tier one electronics manufacturing services companies. Dan joined Solectron in 1991 and held several operating and administrative positions at the company. During Dan’s tenure Solectron’s revenues grew from $250M to over $12B. Before joining Solectron, Dan served 14 years with IBM Corporation in a number of increasingly responsible management positions in manufacturing and planning.

Dan currently serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and The Tech Interactive and has previously served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors.

Dan earned an MBA and BA in political science, both from the University of California at Los Angeles.
