Mario Chew is an experienced service management professional with a strong background in after-sales service administration and reverse logistics. Currently serving as Sr. Service Manager for Latin America at Envision Peripherals, Inc. since January 2011, Mario is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the operation of service networks across multiple countries. Previously, Mario managed reverse logistics programs at Teleplan International and served as Customer Service Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics Mexico, where effective technical support and team management were key responsibilities.
