戬 袁 has over 17 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2003, they began their career as a Hardware Developing Engineer at Sichuan Changhong Electronic System Co., Ltd. In 2004, they moved to TCL Group as a Senior Hardware Engineer and Project Manager. In 2010, they joined Huawei as a System Engineer. In 2017, they were appointed as Product Director at Butterfly Technology (Shenzhen) Limited. In 2018, they moved to Reconova Technologies as a Product Specialist. In 2020, they were promoted to Product Director--AIOT at Reconova Technologies.

戬 袁 obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronic and Automation from Guilin University of Electronic Technology between 1999 and 2003. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in IE from Xi'an Jiaotong University between 2012 and 2015.
