Andrew Drenner

Andrew Drenner is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Engineering at ReconRobotics, Inc., where leadership of a diverse engineering team focuses on designing next-generation miniature robotic devices for law enforcement and military use. Drenner has also contributed as a Robotic Systems Architect and Program Manager for the Robotics Alley Conference & Expo. Educationally, Drenner holds a PhD and MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, along with a BS from the University of Northern Iowa. Drenner's early career included roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota and a CNS System Administrator at the University of Northern Iowa, where responsibilities encompassed server support and laboratory computing equipment management. Additionally, Drenner was a DOE ERULF Fellow at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
