Andrey Plotnikov

Andrey Plotnikov is the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (EMEA) at Recor Medical and has over 14 years of experience in quality management and regulatory affairs for medical devices across Europe, the US, and China. Previously, Andrey held significant roles at Siemens Healthineers and Varex Imaging Corporation, where they managed QA/RA departments and facilitated regulatory compliance. With a strong background in Nuclear Physics, Andrey obtained PhD degrees from both Lomonosov Moscow State University and Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare. They have successfully achieved product certifications and developed quality systems that enhance customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability.
