"Adversity causes some men to break, Others to break Records”, William Arthur Ward
I feel like my destiny is helping people break records in times of challenges, frequent changes, and crises, such as A financial crisis, reducing departments while adding tasks, employee evaluations, difficult conversations, layoffs, change of procedures, implementation of new software, etc. ...

HOW DO YOU HANDLE FREQUENT CHANGES?
Frustration, nervousness, fear, dizziness? A sense of distress spreading?
Feeling your energy fading out?

We live in an agile world. Everything around us is fast-paced and we need to keep up.

The biggest insight I've taken from over 25 years of service in the Israeli Air Force at senior management and commanding roles is clarity in overcoming difficulties.

I accompanied senior officers in operational environments, making critical decisions.
I have led process changes on a significant scale, such as turning the renowned IAF pilot 2-year course, into a 3-year course adding an academic degree to the already high-level course.

I Found That The Most Efficient Way To Help Managers & Executives BREAK RECORDS Is To:

🔑 Create clarity, an organized model on how to manage the change.
It allows overcoming the typical chaos and confusion sentiments
🔑 Strengthen the interpersonal communication that will promote employee
engagement and participation in the change, focus employee energy on achieving the company goals.
🔑 Improve soft skills and cognitive flexibility. Those are not only the key to
overcoming the current difficulty, but they will reduce with the next difficulty ahead.
