Marko Petzold

Marko Petzold is the CEO and Founder of Record Evolution, a company established in January 2012 that specializes in developing an edge platform for implementing industrial IoT solutions. Prior to this role, Marko served as a Credit Risk Controller at DZ BANK AG from April 2008 to September 2012, focusing on rating methodologies in structured finance. Marko also held the position of Senior Referent IT at Dresdner Bank AG from March 2006 to March 2008, specializing in Basle II reporting, data warehousing, and data modelling. Earlier experience includes consulting for data warehousing and business intelligence at Viveon AG in 2005. Marko holds a Dr. rer. nat in Mathematics from the University of Münster (2000-2004), a Diplom in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Cologne (1994-2000), and pursued mathematics studies at the University of Southern California in 1999.
