Anna Ratkai

Anna Ratkai has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Anna is currently working as a UX Researcher at Recorded Future since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Research Contractor at the same company from August 2022 to November 2022. Anna also gained valuable experience as a User Research Intern at Recorded Future from January 2022 to August 2022.

In 2021, Anna worked as an Organizer at Let's Talk About UX from September to the present.

Before venturing into UX research, Anna tried various side jobs while studying for their master's degree in Digital Leadership from June 2020 to November 2021. These side jobs included idea validation, clarifying value proposition, building a sustainable business model, building a landing page, writing copy, and UX design.

Anna also has experience in the hospitality industry. Anna worked as a Restaurant Manager at Veggie Heroes from May 2019 to February 2020, and as a Floor Manager from September 2017 to April 2019. Additionally, they gained experience as a Communication Assistant and an Intern at C-Log Compliance & Identity Management from November 2018 to January 2019, and from June 2018 to November 2018, respectively.

Early in their career, Anna worked as an Intern at Person Communications in July 2016, and as a Room Service Server at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 2014 to August 2015.

Anna Ratkai has a diverse education history. Anna obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Catering and Tourism from Budapest Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Branding at VIA University College from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly attended Amsterdam Fashion Institute for a Bachelor's degree in Branding. Anna then continued their education at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Design from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, Anna enrolled in a course at Treehouse to enhance their skills as a Digital Designer. Furthermore, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Leadership at the University of Gothenburg from 2020 to 2022. Anna also expanded their knowledge in Human Computer Interaction by completing a course at Uppsala University in 2021.
