Beatriz Winn currently serves as the Community and Training Partnerships Lead at Recorded Future, where responsibilities include developing and implementing global recruitment strategies for training partners and managing relationships with authorized partners. Additionally, Beatriz provides advisory services at LifeRamp and previously held a board member position at Latina Professionals®, focusing on empowering women in their careers. With a robust background in business development and community engagement across various organizations, Beatriz has led product design projects, community initiatives, and fundraising efforts, significantly impacting student success and program growth. Beatriz holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, an MPA from New York University, and a BA in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana.
