Damian Bach

Damian Bach currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for ASEAN at Recorded Future, a position held since March 2024, and previously held the role of Director of Channel Sales for the APJ region. Prior to this, Damian was with Zscaler as the Partner Business Manager for Strategic Global Partners in APJ and achieved notable success as the FY21 Channel Manager of the Year. Damian's experience also includes roles at VMware, where significant achievements included being part of the President's Club in 2019 and attaining 200% of sales targets. Additionally, Damian has worked with Qaptis as a Business Consultant, and earlier in a business development capacity at AirWatch, where operations were expanded in Southeast Asia. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IMD and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Towson University.
