Dmitry Smilyanets

Dmitry Smilyanets started their work experience in 2010 as the Chief Executive Officer at Moscow Five (M5). From 2012 until 2020, they worked as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst as a self-employed professional. In 2020, Smilyanets joined Recorded Future as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Expert. Dmitry later became a Product Manager, where they focused on the development of the Recorded Future Identity Intelligence Module. In 2022, they were promoted to Principal Product Manager and then became Director of Product Management in 2023, overseeing the development of Identity Intelligence. Smilyanets also worked as an Author for The Record by Recorded Future from 2020 to 2022.

Dmitry Smilyanets earned a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Dmitry attended the university from 2000 to 2006.
