Product Support Analyst at Recorded Future

Gilda Charles has a diverse work experience. They began their career as a Student Assistant at Florida International University in 2018, where they provided assistance to students and visitors through various communication channels. They also maintained tutor schedules, managed student appointments, and created surveys to collect data on services offered. In 2021, Gilda worked as a Software Engineering Fellow at General Assembly, where they underwent a 12-week program focused on software engineering. During this time, they developed web applications using a range of technologies, including HTML, CSS, React, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Group Git Version Control, Express, MongoDB, and SQL. Their individual projects included creating a Book Finder app using the Google Books API, a Shopping List App using Airtable with full CRUD functionality, and a Barter Book app using Ruby on Rails and React. Currently, Gilda is working at Recorded Future as an Associate Product Support Analyst, and they will transition to the role of Product Support Analyst in July 2023.

Gilda Charles obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Florida International University. Gilda attended FIU from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, Gilda also completed a Software Engineer program at General Assembly. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Recorded Future Certified Analyst certification in 2023, and certifications in web development, UX projects, web programming, initiative, marketing on Instagram, and customer service foundations from LinkedIn and Florida International University.
