Henry Chiew

Henry Chiew has a diverse work experience in various sales and account management roles. Henry started their career as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Teledirect Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2014. Henry then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Service Source International Singapore Pte. Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. After that, they joined Citrix as a Renewal Sales Specialist for the ASEAN region from 2016 to 2019. At Citrix, they identified renewal opportunities, managed renewal processes, and prospect for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. From 2019 to 2020, Henry worked as an Account Manager at Acronis, where they provided consulting services on cyber protection and storage management solutions to customers in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Henry provided guidance on product installation and configuration, conducted infrastructure reviews, and resolved technical or business obstacles. Currently, Henry is working as an Account Executive at Recorded Future, where they focus on business development and management of the ASEAN territory. Henry targets and persuades new customers to utilize Recorded Future's products and technologies, bringing tangible benefits to their businesses. Additionally, they have also served as a Renewal Manager (Team Lead) at Recorded Future, where they managed customer accounts for renewal and retention, negotiated renewal revenue, and ensured timely renewals.

Henry Chiew obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication - Advertising from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2007 to 2010. Henry also has additional certifications in the ValueSelling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. obtained in January 2022, Emergency First Response from Emergency First Response obtained in July 2013, and Padi Rescue Diver from PADI obtained in July 2013.
