James McInroy

Manager, Digital Adoption at Recorded Future

James McInroy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James currently works at Recorded Future as a Digital Adoption Lead, where they design and implements in-product enablement assets to streamline the education process. Prior to this role, they served as a Curriculum Developer, focusing on creating engaging and informative learning paths for online courses. James also worked as an Associate Product Trainer, providing client enablement and conducting live trainings globally.

Before joining Recorded Future, James worked at Auburn School District #408 as a Math/Science Teacher and later transitioned to the Science Department full-time. James also took on the role of Wrestling Head Coach during their tenure. In a previous position as an Adaptive Behavior Para-Educator, they worked with students in grades K-2 to help them manage their emotions and integrate into mainstream classrooms.

James has also gained professional experience in the military. At Six3 Systems, they worked as a CITP Analyst in Afghanistan, where they identified and expanded on insurgent networks and briefed the S2 shop on insurgent activity. James also served in the Army National Guard as a SIGINT Platoon Sergeant, performing operations in Afghan provinces.

James McInroy attended Central Washington University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree with a focus on Mathematics. Prior to that, they studied at Highline College from 2009 to 2013, where they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, James McInroy obtained the Certified WalkMe Program Manager 1 certification from WalkMe™ in October 2022, as well as the CERTIFIED DIGITAL ADOPTION SOLUTION ENGINEER certification from WalkMe in October 2021.
