Jonathan Luff

Jonathan Luff serves as the Chief of Staff at Recorded Future since April 2024. As a Co-Founder of Epsilon Advisory Partners since July 2013, Jonathan provides strategy and growth advisory services to top entrepreneurs and investors. Jonathan also co-founded CyLon, Europe's leading investor in cyber and security technology startups, in January 2015. Additional roles include Senior Advisor on Emerging Technologies and National Security at Portland, and Co-Founder of the Global AI + National Security Symposium (GAINS). Jonathan holds positions as Board Member and Director at Advai, a company focused on AI safety and robustness, and has mentored for the Imperial Venture Mentoring Service. Past experiences include scouting for Sequoia Capital and co-founding HutZero, the UK’s first accelerator for early-stage cyber entrepreneurs. Jonathan's academic background includes an MSc in International Relations from the University of Bristol and studies at Newcastle University and Sciences Po Grenoble.
