Nidal Kamil

Nidal Kamil is a Malware Research Analyst currently working at Recorded Future since July 2022, following the acquisition of Hatching International B.V., where Nidal has also held a position since December 2021. Nidal specializes in analyzing malware threats to develop effective detection rules. Previous experience includes a cyber security internship at Trend Micro, participation in a graduation project sponsored by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and delivering a talk at BSides Cairo 2020. Nidal also achieved notable rankings in national cybersecurity competitions and won a hackathon organized by CyVentures. Nidal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mansoura University.
