Raphaëlle Charbit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Experience Partner at Recorded Future since May 2021, Raphaëlle has developed skills in creating impactful employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes a Diversity and Inclusion Co-op at Eaton Vance, where responsibilities included managing projects and facilitating conversations on race and inequality, alongside producing D&I documentation.
