Ruxandra T.

Ruxandra T. has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Ruxandra started their career in 2011 as a PLM Consultant at PTC. In 2013, they worked as an Interaction Designer at Designit, where they focused on new business acquisition and UI/UX design for web and mobile projects. Ruxandra then joined Sandberg Trygg as a UX/UI Designer, where they aligned business requirements with user-centered design methodologies and developed wireframes and prototypes. Ruxandra also worked at AFRY as a UX/Interaction Designer and later as a Senior Design Strategist. Ruxandra gained experience in user experience design, prototyping, and design strategy.

In 2015, Ruxandra worked as a User Experience Designer (Consultant) for Havs- och vattenmyndigheten and Telia Company. Ruxandra joined inUse in 2018 as a UX/Interaction Designer, collaborating on various digital projects. Ruxandra joined Recorded Future in 2018 as a Senior Product Designer, responsible for creating design solutions based on user research and business requirements. Ruxandra later became the Product Design Manager, overseeing design solutions, collaborating with the engineering team, and advocating for user-centric design.

Recently, Ruxandra became a Startup Mentor at Chalmers Ventures, using their expertise to mentor early-stage technology-based companies. Throughout their career, Ruxandra has demonstrated skills in user research, prototyping, design strategy, and advocating for design solutions.

Ruxandra T. obtained their MSc. degree in Interaction Design from Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also hold additional certifications. These include a Lean Product Discovery certification from Sense & Respond Press, which they obtained in March 2021, and a Management Skills Certificate Program from Leadership Cadence, LLC, obtained in February 2021.
