Roman Stepanenko

Roman Stepanenko is the Founder & CEO of RecordLinker, which connects semantically-identical data in internal systems and applications via API, DB, and Excel integration. Prior to this, they took a creative break at home from 2020 to early 2022. Roman previously served as the VP of Development for Intelligence Solutions at Vertafore from 2017 to 2020. Roman was the Co-founder and CTO of RiskMatch, a patented insurance platform for brokers, agents, and insurers, from 2013 to 2017. Roman founded and served as the CTO of BrainLeg in 2012. Before that, they were the MD and CTO of NYSE Blue in 2011. Roman also worked as the Head of Environmental Markets Technology for APX Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Merrill Lynch as VP and at UBS as a Tech Lead. Roman started their career as a Sr. Software Developer at Optimum Logistics in 2001.

Roman Stepanenko earned an MS in Applied Math from Saint Petersburg State University between 1995 and 2000. Roman also completed an MBA degree at New York University in 2006. Other than that, nothing else is specified about their education history.
