Tuomas Heroja is currently a Data Transformation Coach at Recordly, where they help clients leverage data and AI to enhance business impact. Previously, Tuomas held roles such as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Eficode, leading various software projects, and served as a Test Manager at Symbio overseeing ERP project testing. Tuomas has experience as an Agile Leadership Consultant at Taskmill and has contributed to improving processes and sales at Solita, working as a Scrum Master and Team Leader on data-driven projects. They began their career as a Software Designer and Test Engineer at companies including Etteplan Oyj and Distocraft, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
