Hannah Workman

Hannah Workman is an experienced Education Reporter for Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK - San Joaquin Media Group-The Record since February 2022, responsible for conducting research, interviewing key individuals, and crafting engaging articles. Previous roles include two news reporting internships at The Collegian and Lodi News-Sentinel, as well as serving as Editor-in-Chief and News Editor at The Collegian, where oversight of editorial quality and mentoring of staff writers were key responsibilities. Additionally, Hannah has a background in education as a Substitute Teacher and Instructional Assistant at the San Joaquin County Office of Education, and experience in customer service as a Sales Advisor at H&M. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child and Developmental Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
