Catherine Shield

Catherine Shield serves as the Director of Transformation at RecordPoint since 2024, bringing extensive expertise in business process improvement and transformation. Previously, Catherine co-founded and held the position of Managing Director at Paper Asteroid from 2019 to 2024. Catherine also worked as a Senior Business Process Consultant at The Eclair Group, which was acquired by Deloitte, in 2018, and as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM the same year. Earlier in Catherine's career, a role as a Business Analyst was held at Umart Online from 2015 to 2017. Catherine holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Business Information Systems from The University of Queensland.
