Recore supports owners and Board of Directors in maximizing value from non-core and non-performing businesses, taking on responsibility as operational management through both turnaround and a possible subsequent sales process.

Recore was established in August 2012 by two of Norway’s most experienced re-structuring and turnaround executives. This is a first step towards a leading Nordic house of expert competence in realizing the full value of non-core businesses by managing these while they undergo improvement in operational and financial performance and subsequent change of ownership.
