Rich James

Rich James currently serves as VP of Global Client Relations at Recourse AI, focusing on supporting Pharma and Healthcare clients in developing generative conversational AI for behavioral change. Previously, Rich held the role of Director of Global Business Development - Health and Pharma at Attensi, collaborating with Global Pharma and Biotech companies to address sector gaps and implement digital solutions. Rich's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes various leadership positions at Sanofi Genzyme, where responsibilities spanned digital marketing, sales management, and brand management in rare diseases, as well as roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and Vodafone. Rich holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology from Oxford Brookes University and has completed a Strategic Digital Pharma Marketing Course at CEL Pharma, among other professional marketing studies.
