Peter Posada

Peter Posada has over eight years of work experience. In 2012, they began working as an Aide to the Marshal at The Supreme Court of the United States. In 2015, they worked as a Law Clerk at the Detroit Mayor's Office and a Law Clerk at the Stanford Law School's Environmental Law Clinic. In 2016, they worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. In 2017, they worked as a Research Scholar at the Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU School of Law. From 2018 to 2023, they worked as the Deputy Director of the Tenant Justice Program at Rising for Justice. Peter is currently the Head of Partnerships at Recover.

Peter Posada has attended Yale Law School and University of Florida.
