Eric Major

Eric Major is the current advisor at Recovery Force and was also the founder, chairman, and CEO of K2M, a global leader in complex spine and minimally invasive solutions. Eric started their career in 1994 as a salesperson for DePuy Synthes and then went on to found American OsteoMedix in 1998. After AOM was acquired in 2001, Eric went on to work as a managing partner at Peloton Equity until they founded K2M in 2004. K2M was acquired in 2018 after helping touch the lives of over 200,000 patients around the world. Eric is now dedicating their time to Recovery Force.

Eric Major received their Bachelors of Science from James Madison University.
