RECOVERY is a national network of rehabilitation centers for wounded soldiers. The project was founded and is being implemented by Victor and Olena Pinchuk. 

The project's inception took place in June 2022, when Ukrainian philanthropists Victor and Olena Pinchuk introduced the renowned sculpture "Balloon Monkey (Magenta)" by Jeff Koons at Christie's 20th / 21st Century in London. The entire proceeds from the sculpture's sale were allocated to launch the RECOVERY. Presently, the founders persist in funding and advancing the project, making RECOVERY the largest private project in Ukraine aimed at rehabilitating military personnel.

The RECOVERY project exemplifies a successful collaboration between the private sector and the state. Philanthropists collaborate to establish innovative rehabilitation facilities within existing state medical institutions. 

At present, 16 RECOVERY rehabilitation centers offer free services in Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Dnipro region (three facilities), Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv (two facilities), Lutsk, Lviv, Odesa (two facilities), Poltava, Rivne, and Vinnytsia. More than 20,000 patients have already received rehabilitation care within the national network.
