Dean Eberhardt is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the food, beverage, and recycling industries. As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Recraft Beer since May 2024, Dean has also served as the Founder and Executive Chairman of Hoplark, as well as CEO, where Dean promotes innovative flavor experiences with clean ingredients. Dean is the Founder of Bold Labs and Crazy Lark Ventures, focusing on investments in groundbreaking food and beverage concepts. As the Owner and Chairman of the Board at MRC Polymers Inc, Dean continues the legacy of advancing recycling technologies. Previously, Dean was the Founder and CEO of PRP Recycling, contributing to transformative practices in plastic processing. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University.
