Mitar P.

Mitar P. is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Recrewty since January 2023. Previously, Mitar worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at SmartCat.io and symphony.is, contributing expertise in various AI techniques including NLP and recommender systems. Participation in the BOLD Fellowship program through Entrepreneurs for Global Change in 2024 highlighted Mitar's focus on entrepreneurship and economic development. Earlier experiences include roles as a Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and as a Machine Learning Researcher at Clean CaDET, where research concentrated on code smell detection. Mitar holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Computer Software Engineering, both from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
