Swapna M has diverse work experience in the field of HR and culture. Swapna is currently working as the Head of Culture at Recro, a developer-focused platform that connects developers with relevant opportunities based on their technical competencies and aspirations. Prior to this role, they worked at Wafer Space as an HR professional from January 2019 to February 2020. Swapna also gained experience in HR at Concentrix India Private Limited as an HR - ERP from April 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Executive at Wipro Technologies from June 2014 to April 2016.
