Recruit Adria helps remote-first tech and crypto startups hire reliable, pre-vetted talent from Southeast Europe.

We focus exclusively on recruitment, supporting founders and hiring managers who want a fast, clear, and no-nonsense hiring process — without CV overload or unnecessary complexity.

Our work is recruitment-first: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates so companies speak only with people who truly fit the role, the team, and the stage of the business.

We primarily support hiring for:
• Customer Support
• Operations & Admin
• Sales & SDR
• Marketing
• Community & Business roles

We also support selective hiring for technical roles, including software engineers and developers, when companies need trusted, high-impact hires rather than volume recruiting.

🌍 Based in Novi Sad, Serbia — connecting top talent from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia with companies worldwide.
