Previously, Heather held the position of Chief Operating Officer at both Recruit Rooster and RocketBuild, managing operations for creative services and custom software development, respectively. With a background as VP of Digital Strategy at DirectEmployers Association and District Manager at Diverse Staffing, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing recruitment processes and fostering strategic partnerships. An entrepreneur at All Around Gymobile, Heather also focuses on youth development through gymnastics. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Consumer & Family Sciences from Purdue University, along with leadership training from Harrison College and Sandler.
