Heather Hoffman is an experienced leader in the fields of recruitment marketing, staffing, and technology solutions, currently serving as Interim CEO of Recruit Rooster since June 2018, where innovative approaches to talent acquisition are emphasized. Previously, Heather held the position of Chief Operating Officer at both Recruit Rooster and RocketBuild, managing operations for creative services and custom software development, respectively. With a background as VP of Digital Strategy at DirectEmployers Association and District Manager at Diverse Staffing, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing recruitment processes and fostering strategic partnerships. An entrepreneur at All Around Gymobile, Heather also focuses on youth development through gymnastics. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Consumer & Family Sciences from Purdue University, along with leadership training from Harrison College and Sandler.
