Australia's only recruitment-specific offshore staffing provider.

Built by recruiters. Backed by offshore expertise.

We help Australian recruitment agencies scale with confidence by providing offshore staff who are trained, onboarded and ready to contribute from day one. Not just offshore. Offshore and trained.

Every hire completes a 60+ course recruitment-specific curriculum before they start, then is onboarded on your exact ATS, CRM and tools. Australian-managed throughout. Compliance, payroll and HR handled in full.

Founded by Ez Khan (15+ years in recruitment, 4,000+ recruiters coached through Hume Scope) and Jon Kelly (20+ years in offshore operations, founder of Remotee, two years living in the Philippines).

Roles we fill: Sourcers, Resourcers, 180 Consultants, 360 Consultants, Recruitment Administrators, Candidate Managers, BD Support, Compliance Coordinators, Marketing Coordinators, EAs.

We do not compete on price. We compete on standard.
