She specializes in leading technology recruitment efforts for clients ranging from executive-level roles to software engineering roles across the software development life cycle. Alison has been recognized as one of the top-performing technical recruiters on the Traditional Recruiting Solutions Team and is known for maintaining and building relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to her current role, Alison worked at GoDaddy as a Platform Operations Specialist and at Technology Navigators, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. She also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a Rehabilitation Aide/Technician at Physiotherapy Associates and as a Physical Therapy Technician/Exercise Specialist at Concentra - Advanced Medical Specialists. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
