Marion Rousset

Marion Rousset is an experienced professional in operations and management with a strong background in recruitment and legal counsel. Currently serving as Partner Development Manager for Recruitee since October 2022, Marion oversees the development of collaborative recruitment software used by over 181,000 users across more than 5,000 companies. Previously, Marion held various leadership positions at Join Lion from September 2017 to October 2021, including Head of Operations and CEO, where responsibilities encompassed team management, program development for B2B and B2C sectors, and navigating challenges during the Covid crisis. Earlier experience includes roles at Mimitika as Sales and Marketing Support, CrossKnowledge as Legal Counsel, and internships focused on litigation and legal affairs. Marion holds multiple advanced law degrees, including a Master’s Degree in Common Law Comparative Law from Université Paris Cité and an LL.M. from Maynooth University.
