Ellen van Hierden

Ellen van Hierden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Ambassador at Guruz since February 2023, Ellen focuses on improving Dutch vocational education and enhancing employer branding. Concurrently, Ellen is a member of the advisory board at Recruitercode and the owner and director of artra, leading the organization in recruitment training. Additionally, Ellen has held significant positions such as director at the Academy for Recruitment and director at Trecens. With a diverse background that includes roles in catering with Mercy Ships and initiatives in multiple organizations, Ellen’s educational credentials include degrees in Orthopedagogiek, Pedagogiek, and various leadership and NLP certifications.
