Geert-Jan Waasdorp is an experienced professional in recruitment intelligence and marketing. Waasdorp co-founded the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie in 2006, offering masterclasses on recruitment marketing and employer branding, and has been a co-owner of Werf& since 2008, a prominent website for recruitment marketing in the Netherlands.
