Micha Visser

Micha Visser is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within IT and data recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter for IT & Data at Stedin since January 2023, Micha manages the end-to-end recruitment process and provides advisory support to hiring managers and stakeholders. Concurrently, Micha contributes to the Recruitercode communication committee and is the Founder of Recruitmental. Prior experience includes positions as a Recruitment Business Partner at Capgemini, Corporate Recruiter and Resources Manager at Cegeka, Resource Manager at KPN ICT Consulting, and Talent Acquisition Scout at KPN. Micha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed an earlier education focused on behavior and society.
