Ryan Christoi

Ryan Christoi has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1999, they became the Managing Partner of KRT MARKETING, a recruitment advertising agency that was later acquired by Recruitics in 2019. As the owner/operator of KRT, they were responsible for the management, leadership, and growth of the agency. Ryan successfully completed the transition with Recruitics after the acquisition.

In 2016, they served as a Strategic Advisor for Vet.Careers, a veteran job network focused on connecting qualified veteran candidates with employment opportunities.

Ryan also has experience in the talent acquisition industry. From 2017 to 2019, they were a member of the Advisory Council for ATAP - Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals, providing input and guidance. Ryan was also a Board Member for TAtech, the trade association for organizations that provide technology-based tools for recruiting. In this role, they offered feedback on conferences, research, publications, and other activities.
